Fall 2026 Events
RICOWI Sponsoring Organizations and Affiliate Members are pleased to invite you to attend the Fall 2026 RICOWI Conference in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, taking place November 3-4, 2026.
Tuesday, November 3
RICOWI Committee Meetings, the Membership Meeting, and the RICOWI Foundation Annual General Meeting. These sessions are open to all attendees and provide an opportunity to engage with fellow professionals and contribute to RICOWI initiatives. In addition, attendees will hear three educational presentations from Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), expanding the technical content of the seminar. The registration fee includes breakfast, refreshments, and transportation. Non-members are welcome to attend Tuesday's meetings to learn more about RICOWI.
Attend the RICOWI Foundation Fundraiser event for an evening of food, networking, auction items, and 50/50 raffle! All proceeds go directly to the Foundation.

Wednesday, November 4
Attendees will travel to Oak Ridge National Laboratory for a guided facility tour. Participants will gain insight into ORNL's research capabilities and technologies relevant to the building and roofing industries. Transportation, breakfast, and lunch will be provided. Additional logistics and security information will be shared with registered attendees prior to the event.
We have secured room blocks for conference attendees at two hotels located across from one another. The SpringHill Suites & The Homewood Suites at Turkey Creek. We encourage early booking, as rooms are limited and may sell out before the cutoff date. The cutoff date to reserve rooms is Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

Important Registration Deadlines
To allow adequate time for security clearance processing, foreign nationals need to register by August 28, and US Citizens need to register by October 2.
